About Toby

Toby Neighbors is a full time novelist with over 60 books published. The Wolfpack series, Kestrel Class Saga, and the Ace Evans series have each been in the top 10 on multiple genre lists of Amazon’s bestsellers. He is a three time Kindle Select All Star with an average of over a million pages read each month on Kindle Unlimited. He ranks consistently in the top ten percent of working writers worldwide.

From a young age Toby loved stories. Some of his favorite memories as a child was going to the library and browsing the Walden Books or B. Dalton bookstores in the mall. He cut his teeth on Tarzan novels from Edgar Rice Burrows and Conan stories by Robert Jordan and Steve Perry. In college, he discovered his love of stories had grown into a natural writing ability that he continued to develop for the next decade.

In 2007 he wrote his first full length novel, a fantasy adventure called Third Prince. In December 2011, he published Wizard Rising the first volume in his epic fantasy Five Kingdoms series. With growing sells and a passion for writing, Toby became a full time novelist in 2012, moving his family to the Northern Rockies. Over the next eight years his stories expanded into Science Fiction and modern day Crime Thrillers.

With a love for stories in all mediums, Toby began to develop his screen writing skills and is working to see his stories made into movies and television series, while continuing to write books that are loved by his growing fanbase of readers.

Toby is happily married to his soul mate, cover designer, workout partner, success coach, and muse. He has her name tattooed on his arm and imprinted on his heart. Together they have four children and reside in the scenic mountains of north Idaho.
